Blue Relay Support

You can lock a user to temporarily disable their Blue Relay account. A locked user is unable to login to Blue Relay.

From the left navigation panel, click Users. 

To lock a user:

1. Select a user in the Users list.
2. Click , then click Lock User.
3. Click OK.  is shown beside the user’s name.

To unlock a user:

1. Select a user in the Users list.
2. Click , then click Unlock User. (Or click  beside the user’s name.)
3. Click OK.
