Blue Relay Support

Use the Hot Folder Status dashboard widget to view recent status messages for “hot folders”. Hot folders are folders referenced by a “On Local File Create” event trigger and are directly accessible by the Blue Relay server.

For each folder, messages are shown for the files queued for processing (for example: “Started processing file ABC” or “Completed processing file ABC”) and any error messages. You can click a status message to view details.
