Use the My Active Tasks dashboard widget to view active tasks that are assigned to you or to a group that you belong to.

 

You can:

  • Click an item (such as a file or folder) to view it.
  • Click a status to view search results for the status.
  • Click  and Reassign to reassign a task to another Blue Relay user or group.
  • Click  and Claim to reassign a task to yourself.
  • Click  and Escalate or De-escalate to escalate or de-escalate a task.
  • Click  and choose to view claimed tasks, unclaimed tasks, or all tasks.
  • Click  and order the list by active task, file/folder name, status, activated date, or due date. You can also sort the data in ascending or descending order.
  • Click  and Filter to filter the active tasks list by a specific task, file/folder name, start date, or end date. To include all active tasks, leave the filter options blank and click Filter.
