Use the My Active Tasks By Attribute dashboard widget to view a chart of active tasks that are assigned to you or to a group that you belong to, grouped by an attribute.

  1. Select an attribute and a claimed status (select All to view all active tasks, Claimed to view active tasks assigned to a user, or Unclaimed to view active tasks assigned to a group).

  1. Click Load. The attribute values are shown on the chart.

 

You can:

  • Hover over an attribute value to view the number of tasks.
  • Click an attribute value, then click Search to view the tasks as search results.
  • Click an attribute value, then drill down to view tasks by activation date, assignee, attribute, due date, status, subject, tag, or workflow.

As you drill down, your selections are shown as links above the chart. You can click these links to return to a previous drill down level. To return to the original chart, click  and Restore.

  • Click  and order the chart by label or value. You can also sort the data in ascending or descending order.
  • Click  and select a chart type (pie, donut, bar, horizontal bar, line, or bubble).
  • Click an item in the legend to remove or include it in the chart. Click  and Restore to show the original items.
  • Click  and Filter to reset the widget and select a different attribute.
