Blue Relay provides default email templates for system activities such as account invitations and activations, password resets, and task notifications. You can customize these templates by modifying the email subject and message. You can also create your own email templates that you can use to send email notifications as part of a workflow. For example, you could send an email when a workflow is activated. (To send an email as part of a workflow, add a “Send Email” action to a task.)
You can use variables to insert information in the email subject and message, such as the user’s name, details about a task, or details about a file. Each variable is replaced with the appropriate value when the email is sent. For details, see Use Variables in an Email Template.
