You can use evaluators to automatically assign a status to a document based on the answers submitted by the users who completed the form. For more information about evaluators and how they work, see Assign a Form Status Using Evaluators.

 

To work with forms, first click your profile icon to access Settings. On the Settings page, click Customize, then click Forms

 

  1. In the Forms list, select a form.
  2. Click , then click Show Evaluators.
  3. Click + in the Evaluators area.
  4. To create an owner evaluator, enter the following information.

Type  Select Owner Evaluator.

Status  Select a status to apply if the evaluator is valid.

Conditions  Add one or more conditions. If all conditions evaluate to true, the evaluator is valid and the status is applied. For example, you could add a condition that states the user must choose “Yes” for all questions. For more examples, see Assign a Form Status Using Evaluators.

  1. To create an overall evaluator, enter the following information.

Type  Select Overall Evaluator.

Status  Select a status to apply if the evaluator is valid. 

Conditions  Add one or more conditions. If all conditions evaluate to true, the evaluator is valid and the status is applied. For example, you could add a condition that states all owner statuses must be “Accepted”. For more examples, see Assign a Form Status Using Evaluators.

  1. Click Save.
