To more effectively manage users, you can create a hierarchy of teams using parent and subteams.

 

To work with teams, first click Teams in the left Navigation Menu. If you do not see Teams in your navigation menu, you may add it from the system configuration (highlighted in red below).  

 

  1. Select a team in the Teams list.
  2. Click + in the Subteams area.
  3. Select a subteam. To find a group, enter the team name in the Filter box. As you start typing, a list of matching teams appears that you can select from.
  4. Click Add Subteam.

To remove a subteam, hover over the subteam and click X.
