You can reassign a team’s tasks to another team. This allows you redistribute tasks so the workload is shared more evenly between teams. You can reassign all of a team’s tasks or just the team’s active tasks.

 

To work with teams, first click Teams in the left Navigation Menu. If you do not see Teams in your navigation menu, you may add it by clicking the configuration gear at the bottom of the navigation panel (highlighted in red below).  

 

  1. Select a team in the Teams list.
  2. Click , then click Reassign Tasks.
  3. To reassign all tasks:
    1. Enter the following information.

To  Enter the team to which the tasks are being reassigned. As you start typing, a list of matching teams appears that you can select from.

Filter  Select the tasks to reassign. You can reassign All Tasks or Active Tasks Only.

  1. Click Reassign.
  1. To reassign specific active tasks:
    1. Click View Active Tasks. The team’s active tasks are shown as search results.
    2. Select one or more tasks.
    3. Click Reassign in the Workflow area.
