You can use the following system reports to quickly view active tasks, recent files and folders, and items with a “New” status. To generate a system report, just click the report name. For details, see Generate a Report.

Description

All Active Tasks

Files and folders with an active task. After generating the report, click a file or folder in the report to view it.

All Recent Files

Files created in the last 30 days. After generating the report, click a file in the report to view it.

All Recent Folders

Folders created in the last 30 days. After generating the report, click a folder in the report to view it.

My Active Tasks

Files and folders with an active task that is assigned to you. After generating the report, click a file or folder in the report to view it.

My Recent Files

Files created by you in the last 30 days. After generating the report, click a file in the report to view it.

My Recent Folders

Folders created by you in the last 30 days. After generating the report, click a folder in the report to view it.

Status - New

Items with a “New” status. After generating the report, click an item in the report to view it.
