When setting up a task, you can assign the task to Blue Relay users and groups, set a due date, require users to complete forms, and perform actions like changing the status of an item, sending email notifications and reports, and triggering an event.

You can also provide options for assignees to choose from, then customize the workflow based on their response. If a task has multiple assignees and the assignees choose different options, you can use evaluators to assess their responses and determine the most appropriate outcome.

 

To work with workflows, first click your profile icon to access Settings. On the Settings page, click Customize, then click Workflows

 

  1. Select a workflow in the Workflows list.
  2. Hover over the workflow (or click ), then click Launch Workflow Editor.
  3. To add a task, hover an existing task, click +, then click New Task. To edit an existing task, click the task name.
  4. The task properties are shown beside the workflow.
