You can disable a workflow to prevent it from being activated. This allows you to temporarily remove a workflow without deleting it. When you want to use the workflow again, just enable it.
To work with workflows, first click your profile icon to access Settings. On the Settings page, click Customize, then click Workflows.
Existing workflows are listed in the Workflows list. Click to filter the list and show enabled workflows, disabled workflows, or all workflows.
- Select a workflow in the Workflows list.
- Click , then click Disable Workflow or Enable Workflow.
- Click OK to confirm.
