A role specifies a set of allowed actions in Blue Relay. Actions are divided into five groups: View, Create, Modify, Delete, and All Admin Actions. Each of these groups contains multiple actions. For example, the Create group contains actions to create files, folders, forms, workflows, data sets, events, users, groups, and many more items. The All Admin Actions group contains all actions plus admin actions such as license management, and should therefore only be assigned to the System Administrator.
When creating a role, you can allow an entire action group (such as the Create group) or you can allow specific actions (such as creating files and folders only) for the role. For more information, see Create a Role.
