You can select the file version or revision you want to view. Versions and revisions are listed in the Versions panel. (Annotations and comparisons are also listed in the Versions panel.)

Note  When you upload a Microsoft Word file to Blue Relay, the original Word file is retained including any comments and tracked changes. When you edit or download the file, the comments and tracked changes are included. When you view the file in Blue Relay, however, comments are not shown and tracked changes are shown as accepted.

 

Click Files in the side panel. (If Files is not shown, see Customize the Side Panel for details on how to add it.)


In the Files list, hover over a file to view the latest version number for the file.


  1. Open a file. The file versions are listed in the Versions panel.

  2. Click  beside a version. The revisions for the version are shown.

  3. Click a version or revision to view it. The version or revision you are currently viewing is highlighted in the Versions panel and is also shown beside the filename at the top of the window.

  4. If you are viewing a revision, click the version number in the Versions panel to view the full version of the file again
