You can use guest access to allow someone who isn’t a Blue Relay user to temporarily access files or folders. This allows the guest to work with the items in Blue Relay for a specific period, such as one day, one week, or one month.

Note  If you grant guest access to a folder, all of the folder’s files and subfolders will be included.

Note  If you want to grant guess access to multiple files ore folders, you must grant access to each one separately.

Note  If you want to share a copy of a file or folder with someone instead of letting them access it in Blue Relay, you can email it to them. For details, seEmail Files and Folders.
