You can assign an issue to multiple Blue Relay users and teams. If an issue is assigned to a team, any user who belongs to the team can complete the issue. 

You can also reassign and claim issues. You can only claim issues that are assigned to a team that you belong to.

 

Click Files in the side panel. (If Files is not shown, see Customize the Side Panel for details on how to add it.)


  1. Open a file.

  2. In the Issues panel, hover over an issue, then click + . The Edit Issue window opens.

  3. Start typing a user or team name. A list of matching names appears that you can select from. 

  4. The selected assignees are shown below the Assignees field. To remove an assignee, hover over the assignee, then click X.

  5. When you’re done adding assignees, click Save.
