For each version of a file, you can view a log of all activities performed on the file. This includes:
- creating the file
- adding and deleting issues
- changing the file status
- activating and completing a workflow
- completing a form for the file (as part of a workflow)
- adding, modifying, and deleting attributes
- adding and deleting tags
Click Files in the side panel. (If Files is not shown, see Customize the Side Panel for details on how to add it.)
Open a file.
In the Versions panel, select the version you want to view activity for. If you don’t select a version, the activity for the latest version of the file will be shown.
In the Activity panel, click History. The activity history is shown with the most recent activity first.
For each activity, the following information is shown: the Blue Relay user that performed the activity, a description of the activity, and the date/time the activity was performed. You can click the user’s name to view their profile.
Note If you have the History tab open, you must refresh the tab to see the latest activity. You can do this be refreshing the page, or by clicking the Comments tab then clicking the History tab.
