Blue Relay’s plain language tools allow you to identify and locate specific terms and information in your documents. This information is based on a data set that your organization has uploaded to Blue Relay.


DNU

DNU (do not use) allows you to identify terms that should not be used in documents and specify replacement terms. For example, you can use DNU to identify old branding terms and provide new branding terms, or to identify terms that should be avoided and suggest more acceptable wording.


Terms and Definitions

You can identify and locate important terms in your documents and view a definition for a term. This helps you make sure you’re using a term correctly.


Entities

Blue Relay analyzes your documents to find predefined information such as phone numbers, addresses, and hours of operation. This allows you to quickly find this information in your documents and verify that it’s correct.
