Concepts

Blue Relay analyzes a document to identify the concepts that appear in the document. For example, if a document discusses medical costs for diabetes, then diabetes would be “tagged” as one of the concepts for the document. You can view search results for a concept the same way you can view search results for a tag. This allows you to view all documents that are “tagged” with the same concept.

Keywords

Blue Relay analyzes a document to identify any keywords that appear in the document. These keywords are based on a data set that your organization has uploaded to Blue Relay.
