Purpose: When triggered, will copy an item to a new folder.
Example:
In the example below, the Copy Item action can be used to copy files to a separate folder when the file's status changes to 'Internal Review'
Copy As PDF
When the Copy as PDF option is enabled, files will be copied as PDFs.
Specifying the destination folder
With the path variable specified above as /Internal Review, files will be copied to a folder titled 'Internal Review' within the 'Home' folder (Home/Internal Review). Relative paths can also be used. Alternatively, the Destination Folder ID can be specified. Both the Path and Destination Folder ID fields can be defined either explicitly or dynamically through expressions.
