You can upload files into your Home folder or a subfolder. If an uploaded file has the same filename as an existing file in the same folder, a new version of the existing file will be created (for details, see Create a Version).
Note If you upload a folder, all of the files in the folder (and the files in any subfolders) will be uploaded to the Blue Relay folder.
Note When you upload a Microsoft Word file to Blue Relay, the original Word file is retained including any comments and tracked changes. When you edit or download the file, the comments and tracked changes are included. When you view the file in Blue Relay, however, comments are not shown and tracked changes are shown as accepted.
Click Files in the side panel. (If Files is not shown, see Customize the Side Panel for details on how to add it.)
- In the Files list, open the folder where you want to add the files.
- Click Upload in the toolbar.
- Select the files and/or folders you want to upload. You can upload multiple items.
- Click Open.
Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop files into a Blue Relay folder.
- Open your file explorer window. Make sure it doesn't cover the Blue Relay window.
- In Blue Relay, open the folder where you want to add the files.
- In your file explorer, select the files and/or folders you want to upload and drag them to the Blue Relay folder. You can upload multiple items.
- A message appears showing where to drop the items. Drop the items in the folder.
