You can assign a status to an issue, just as you would with a file or folder, to help manage and track issues. You can also use reports to manage issues.

Once an issue is resolved, it can be marked as completed by any user assigned to the issue. If an issue is assigned to a team, any user on the team can complete the issue. A closed issue can be reopened if the issue requires further attention. For details, see Assign and Claim Issues.
