A Workspace is a user-level feature that allows you to designate a folder as the primary context for your Blue Relay activities. When a folder is flagged as a workspace, switching to that workspace restricts the data of dashboards, files, reports, and tasks to only those from within the selected folder.
My Workspace is another option under Workspaces which grants the user a private workspace folder that is visible only to them. It serves as a personal area for organizing their own files without sharing them with other users.
To see Workspaces, add it to your Side Panel (for details, see Customize the Side Panel).
Expand the Workspaces navigation menu to view all Workspaces. Your default workspace will have a Home icon next to it.
Now, when you click on Files in the Side Panel, you will be redirected to the currently set Workspace folder.
