The Blue Relay Analytics Reporting tool is a feature that adds a faster, more stream-lined Business Intelligence reporting to the system. This feature is limited to specific licensing agreements, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for details on how to enable this feature in your Product license subscription.

These are the currently available data points (knows as Cubes) to pull data from. Details about each Cube is available here: Cubes List
| Cube (Data Sources) | Description |
Activity History | Actions taken against Items (created, modified, renamed, deletions, etc), Workflows (Activated, Due, Completed), or Tags, Attributes, Comments, Status changes, etc. |
Attributes | Data about Attributes applied to files or folders (can be cross sectioned with the Items cube). |
Comments | Contains data about Comments on files or folders (cross section with the Items cube). |
Forms | All submitted single-dimensional form data. |
| Forms (Multi Dimensional) | All submitted multi-dimensional form data. |
Item | High level details about Files, Folders, or Forms. |
Tags | Contains data about Tags applied to files or folders (items). |
| Teams | Lists all Teams in the system. Can be used with Subteams and Users datasources in context. |
| SubTeams | For use with the Teams data source. Will display subteams in context of teams. |
Task | Activated Tasks history |
User | Lists all users in the system |
User Department | Details about user departments (attribute=department). For use with the Users cube. (Client-specific) |
Workflow | Activated Workflows history |
Workflow Templates | High level information about Workflows as a template (no usage history). Can be used alongside Task or Workflow cubes on nested boxcars to get data on the highest parent workflow. |
