If you want to share a file or folder with someone who is not a Blue Relay user, you can email them a copy. If you email a folder, all of the folder’s files (and the files in any subfolders) will be included.
Note If the person makes changes to a file and you want to add the changed document to Blue Relay, you can create a new version of the original file (for details, see Create a Version). If you want to add it as a new file instead, rename the file before uploading it.
Note If you want the person to view or edit the document in Blue Relay, you can give them temporary access to the file or folder instead of emailing them a copy. For details, see Allow Guest Access to Files and Folders.
Click Files in the side panel. (If Files is not shown, see Customize the Side Panel for details on how to add it.)
1. Open the file or folder you want to email.

In the Files list, select the checkbox beside the files and/or folders you want to email. You can select multiple items.
2. Click Share in the toolbar, then click Send Via Email.
3. Enter the following information.
Email List Enter an existing Blue Relay user or enter an email address and press Enter.
Subject Enter the email subject.
Body Enter the email body.
4. Click Send Email. If you are emailing a folder or multiple files, they will be emailed in a ZIP file.
